• Acrylic Thickness: 5 mm or 10 mm crystal clear Crylux™ acrylic
• Hanger Type: Flat Hanger, or Stainless Steel Spacer (not available for Heart shape)

Important: Stainless steel spacers are not shown in the live image preview. They are typically positioned approximately 2 cm from the corresponding acrylic edges, measured from their center. Please account for this when uploading your image or artwork.

When uploading images for Square, Landscape, Portrait, Circle, and Oval formats, you’ll see a live preview of your artwork and can crop the image directly to fit your chosen layout. The Heart shape does not have a live preview feature.

Our acrylic prints are produced using HP 4th Generation Latex Inks with an indoor lightfastness of up to 200 years. Printed on crystal clear Crylux™ acrylic with no colour distortion, they offer exceptional depth perception and high resistance to scratching. Each print is backed with a 1 mm PVC sheet for added protection.

Choose between 5 mm and 10 mm acrylic thickness for your desired look and feel. Every print is crafted with precision to ensure vibrant colours, sharp details, and a premium finish that lasts a lifetime.

Important Information

• Order Processing Time: Please allow 3–6 working days for order production. Urgent orders are not accepted.
• Stainless Steel Spacers: If selected, spacers are not displayed in the gallery’s live image preview. Please account for them when uploading your artwork/image. They are typically positioned approximately 2 cm from the corresponding acrylic edges, measured from their center. Not available for Heart shape.
• Image Quality: Upload high-resolution images (minimum 30 pixels/cm) in JPG, PNG, or PDF format to ensure the best print results. If low-quality files are submitted, we may contact you for a replacement.
• PDF Uploads: Please rasterize or embed all fonts before uploading.
• Image Cropping: Images will lose approximately 1–2% from each side due to resizing and trimming.
• Size & Orientation Changes: Changing acrylic sizes or orientation may require you to upload your image again.
• Customization Policy: We print your image as-is. No collages, text additions, or other custom edits are accepted.
• Modification Policy: Once an order is being processed, no further changes can be made.
• Warranty and Returns: Standard warranty terms apply. Returns or refunds are not accepted for personalized products.
