All custom frames and prints are handcrafted and processed within 3–6 working days. We use archival-grade inks, premium materials, and gallery-worthy mounting techniques to ensure lasting beauty.

- Live photo preview is only available for frames without a mount.
- Please note that if you change the paper size, you may need to re-upload your image.
Terms and Conditions
- Order Processing: 3–6 working days; no rush orders.
- Image Quality: Please upload high-quality images. If low-resolution images are uploaded, we will advise you to send higher resolution versions for replacement.
- Modification Policy: Once orders are processed, no further modifications can be made.
- Warranty and Returns: Custom frames & prints are covered by standard warranty terms. Returns for refunds are not accepted.
- Edge Coverage: Without a mount, expect 2–5 mm hidden from each side by the frame; with a mount, around 1 cm hidden from each side under the mount.
- Double Check: Changing options such as paper type, size, frame width, frame colour, etc. may change selected options and show previously uploaded images. Please double-check all choices before ordering.
