Image Quality: Upload high‑resolution images (minimum 30 pixels/cm) in JPG, PNG or PDF format for the best results.
PDF Uploads: Please rasterise or embed all fonts before uploading.
Printing Area: Images are not printed edge to edge, the maximum print size is 38x38cm.
Customisation Policy: We print your image as‑is. No collages, text additions or other edits are accepted.
Modification Policy: Once an order is in production, no changes can be made.
Warranty and Returns: Standard warranty terms apply. Returns or refunds are not accepted for personalised products.
